this has been over a year now i have been trying to get compensated ever since lighting hit my t.v and tore it up . my insurance lady at the time did not turn all my information in, she is no longer employed by union national. the manger of union national gave me some more papers to take to the t.v repair man to fill out but he would not do it. i told him i know he remember me and he make like he didnt but i knew he did. he may like he couldn't fine my name in his book and a year at that time hasn't passed, but he may like he had no record of the t.v he ask could he have it and by it not being any more good to me i said ok. all i ask was to fill out the form so i could geet paid but he wouldnt. and from this day i have not gotten paid and i have always been on time paying my premium. i just dont think this is right, and i have never use them before for anything and now when i need them they does nothing. buti have no papers to show because i had to turn them all in and now they say the paper got lost.
