"LAST YEAR I FILED A FRAUDULENT COMPLAINT WITH SUNTRUST BANK IN THE AMOUNT OF $650.00. AFTER A LONG PERIOD, CONSTANT CALLS, EMAILS AND LETTERS THEY FINALLY ISSUED A CREDIT TO MY CREDIT CARD, BUT DID NOT ISSUE THE INTEREST CHARGED FOR THAT AMOUNT. IT IS NOW ALMOST A YEAR AND THEY HAVE REFUSED TO CREDIT THE INTEREST CHARGED TO MY ACCOUNT. THEY INSIST THAT THE INTEREST IS NON-REFUNDABLE ... I KNOW THIS IS NOT TRUE AND JUST ANOTHER CORUPT WAY OF THE BANK TAKING MY MONEY!!! PLEASE ADVISE. RICARDA HARWOOD 407-529-8108. THANK YOU"
