"Bought a wave crasher surf slide on june 9,2012 at target in nashus n.h. for 39.99. going to use it for fathers day on the 17th. set it up to find out it has leaks in it. the instruction states no to return to store. It said to call or email. Did both I called and left messages on 20th, 22nd, 25th,

I tried to email but could not get to customer service. How can I get them to contact me to resolve this problem? Their number is 1 800 434 6178 and email is customerservice@toyquest.net"

  • In researching your claim, it seems that this company has a history of not responding back to claims and/or complaints. While the instructions state do not return to the store it was contacted at, I would contact Target, explain the situation, and see if they maybe have a contact with the company that could assist you. Sometimes companies hear other large companies a little better when there are allegations or complaints.
