  • then why did titan hotel management agree to the pricing and give me the go ahead, and why did they never ever say they were not responsible? if in facct they are not? i have paperwork with terms agreed upon... and no one has ever said that titan was not responsible... i was given billing info and it was to titan..

  • I disagree with the explanation / grounds provided

    "At no point was Titan Hotel Management the owner of Motel 6. We were the management company charged with the duty of operating the hotel facility. The owner is at all times financially responsible for all costs and expenses of the hotel. It is public record who the owners of the Motel 6 was and currently is. Titan Hotel Management's management agreement was terminated on Sept 1, 2013. Any bills owed should be paid from the owner of the hotel who is still the current owner. "
