Claimant says:
"August of this year, I was approached, by a gentleman in my neighborhood sealing address
sign's. His name is Mr. Gregory Lawrence. He assured me that with in one week I should have
my address sign. I wrote him a check for $26.00 dollars, dated Aug 10, 2016. After
Mr. Lawrence cashed the check, he then leaves me a telephone message, that their was
a problem with his vehicle, and as soon as he can get a rental vehicle he will be arriving
to install me address sign. This is now November 2016 and I have not seen or spoken to
Mr. Lawrence. The address that is on his receipt is: The Wilber and Carlton Co. Bensalem, PA
phone# 215-268- 4546 and a cell phone # 267-701-7096.
