Claimant says:
"'At two o"clock on June 9, 2016, I took three of my dogs to The Paw Spa at 66 South Main Street, Kaysville, Utah 84037 (801) 543-1400 to be groomed. I simply asked that two of the dogs NOT have their hair cut from the top of their head. I call it their "knob". I said this about five times. They brought the three dogs out after I paid $140.00. I asked, "What are you going to do about this?" The owner was mad because I was upset. I asked her why she did not call me before they cut their little knobs. I was livid about her attitude. I was soooooo upset. Then she refused to at least give me my tip back. She said, " Your dogs have been Neglected and I had to do what I needed to do because they come first....it is my responsibility. My dogs are the most spoiled dogs in the world - they certainly are not neglected. The Paw Spa spent two hours on three dogs. This is not even an hour on one animal. The owner of The Paw Spa called the Kaysville City Police because she felt like I was not going to leave. After having five police officers arrive at The Paw Spa they asked me why I didn't leave. I told the police, that I was waiting for them because I did not want them tracking me down. I was verbally attacked and degraded by her saying my dogs are not taken care of. I have five police officers holding them and noticing that they had not cuts or anything. This owner feel she is judge and jury over everything. What happened was the service I asked for did not happen and I paid the full price, had the police called and told that my dogs were neglected."
