Per the text msg, I no longer wanted this service r/t the incomplete and poor service. The 1st floor was Not finished. Items that were dusted were only done half. Floor wasn't completed either. Partially. This has happened before several times, so much the co owner was to come to my home to inspect. That did not occur.
As my family reminded me, there were a couple of times when the service was so bad, the company only charged me half. Twice I told them that it wont be necessary. With that in mind, I am not out to get something for free, but what is right is right and wrong is wrong.
"The first floor of the home was cleaned in two hours with three girls as a text message was provided to the customer that not all rooms could be cleaned in the time allowing for what the customer paid and the customer was notified that the rest would be cleaned at the next cleaning which customer agreed via t ft."

What did they take pictures of? I can be a bit of a PigPen so if they were in my house they'd probably be taking pics of the mess to prove to their boss that they couldn't reasonably leave everything sparkling in 3 hours!
This is a tough one. If you clean regularly, or have it done regularly, it's easy to do a routine cleaning - I agree that three hours with 2 cleaners should be plenty for a reasonable size house. Or was it two hours with three cleaners? The claimant and Mop Ladies are saying two different things.
But if this wasn't routine - say you'd been ill and hadn't been able to do a thing - and the house was in pretty bad order, not so much.
Also, if you have a ton of knick-knacks, it's hard to get everything dusted. The only way to do it properly is to take everything off the shelf or table, clean that, and then clean each thing in soapy water or with a duster. (Yes I CAN clean...I just sometimes don't).

PeopleClaim is a new way to resolve disputes online without lawyers or mediators. By inviting suggestions from the public, disputing parties get ideas that can lead to settlement – and the person(s) who contributed them can win a reward.
Here's what to do: Read the case (left side of page). Then go to the bottom of the page and enter your suggestion in the space provided. Click the Solution button.
Your suggestion will be sent to both parties and will post on the claim. If the two sides agree to settle based on your suggestion, you're eligible to win. Note: Cash rewards may be split among more than one person if settlement depends on ideas from more than one contributor. If you have a claim of your own to resolve, click here.
You can submit up to three solutions / rebuttal, you would like to settle or to be voted on.
