Claimant says:
"I hired Mitchell Norman Harris who is the owner of The Edge USA Land Company and was a licensed real estate broker to be my property manager for my rental home. We started a new contract in May 2014. He collected monies from my tenant, first, last security deposit and rent from July through October 2014. Mitchell has kept all of this money and used it for his personal expenses such as his own rent and towards his girlfriend. I have a police report and other evidence that prooves Mitchell requested my tenant to leave the pay to field on all checks blank therefore allowing Mitchell to write in whomever name to pay them with my money. I have since fired Mitchell and requested immediate payment of all the money he has stollen from me over $7,000.00 dollars and he has refused to pay back any of the money, he has also refused to give me a mailing address so that I can mail him legal papers as I am just as happy to take him to court over this theft. Mitchell Harris has now had his real estate license revoked, and is a wanted fugitive on the run as he has three active warrants in Orange County Florida. First active warrant is for Domestic Stalking, the second active warrant is for 3rd degree Grand Theft, and the third active warrant is for 2nd degree Grand Theft. I either want my money he owes me in full, or I want him to give me a mailing address so that I can have him legally served."
