Claimant says:
"On 10/14/2011 I signed contract for authorization to do the work of foundation consisting of 29 exterior piers and 5 pads (3 on back patio, 2 on front driveway). The job was completed on 10/5/11 and I issued a check to Jimmy Garcia for the amount of $3,600.00. I was given a Lifetime Warranty by Mr Garcia and his words for a guarantee of satisfaction was 100%. I have called the office numerous times to speak to Mr Garcia, have left messages as he will not return my calls. I have explained to him that I was not completely satisfied with the job because his workers that worked on the foundation cracked the patio floor, broke my wood patio floor and also part of a sidewalk outside of the patio. He stated to me that he would fix it at his expense and would also replace the patio floor, to this date I have not heard from him and cannot get a hold of him."
