Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"I took my Samsung Transform Ultra phone to thier store to replace the broken screen because they had a sign posted saying they could do it. The clerk looked at the phone and acknowledged that he could in fact make the repair. He ordered the glass and had me pay him 45.00 down on a total 89.00 bill. the glass came in two days later and i took the phone in to have the glass replaced, the phone was functioning fine at that time as the glass had been broken for literally months. When I returned to pick up my phone about an hour later the clerk bought my phone to me in pieces and told me he had broken the cord that connects the two screens together. He claimed to have ordered the cord and would put it on as soon as it came in and all would be fine. This went on for eight days before I was forced to go buy another phone. I purchased the same model of phone but still could not get back the contacts I had in the phone. I requested repeatedly for the store clerks to provide me with the store owner's information and they refused to do so. Now I'm out 213.00 for buying a new phone as well as eight days of paying my phone bill without having a phone and the gas i had to use to keep running back and forth to their store. This guy is telling me sorry Mr Wilson but we've done all that we are going to do for you at this point and you do whatever you have to do from here on, we are not paying for your new phone."
