Claimant says:
"I purchased a tankless hot water heater from blackman in queens. It did not work correctly, so they referred me to albert algazi. He convinced me to install 3 heater at 1,500 for all 3 and additional 4,200 for labor and additional 500 for materials, since they came to install D.H.W.H on 1/4/13 they have not worked. I called him, speak with him and mike the tech and none of them give any answers. I also have all my emails to this man and all our phone conversations record to show how abusive he is, to this day I have no hot water and I lost one of my good tenants behind this problem of no hot water, I had a lawyer call him and he told the lawyer for me to take out panel box cover and hot water heater covers take pictures and send to him and I have and he still hasn't got back to me."
