"My daughter and i bought phones and service from Straight Talk wireless , we were told the phones would work in our area. However the service is thru AT&T and does not work in our rural area. My first complaint was file to Straight Talk on or about Dec14, 2012, I activated my phone on around Dec 03, 2012 , the service was so poor i had to (at an extra expense ) purchase another phone that would connect to Verizon network, which is also a provider for Straight Talk. We have continued to try to contact them to resolve this issue, with no luck"
