Claimant says:
"My name is Glenda Allen; and my telephone number is 214-543-1959.  Today I called 24/7 Locksmith 470-315-1517.  Their fees were clearly stated in their ad.  A youngman named Alex came out.  His phone number is 470-585-9404.  He had me sign an invoice which stated car lock $19.  According to the ad from the company, the $19 represented the trip fee.  The service fee should have been $25 to unlock the car.  After opening the car door, Alex wrote and labor on the invoice.  The labor fee was $100. for  2 minutes.  This is no where listed on the pricing menu.  I called the company.  On three separate occasions, someone with three different distinct accents answered the phone.  This is unacceptable and nothing but a ripoff.  I expected to pay $44, not $119."
