Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"Cancelled my cell phone service on 4/26/15 4:40 p.m. with "Gabriel" who said to call back on 5/1/15 since April was almost over. I called on 5/1/15 and talked with "Jeannie" at 9am. We agreed that I would make payments at $25.00 a month so I made that first payment with her for the month of May. Jeanne said I would receive monthly billing statements starting in June which I received and paid. I received another payment in July and paid this as well. After July I never received any more statements/bills. Then I get a call in November saying Sprint has sent me to collections with Diversified Consultants, Inc. I explained that I have not received any billing statements but the woman said if I paid $350 now, that would take care of everything. I replied "absolutely not" and that I would report Sprint to BBB. I just received a bill via mail from Diversified Consultants, Inc for $529.80"
