Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"SPRINT IS THE HIGHEST COST, LEAST VALUE, LEAST SERVICE AND IS ALWAYS RANKED LAST BY NATIONAL CUSTOMER SURVEYS. IT IS THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH AND THEY ARE A FAILING BUSINESS THAT WILL GO UNDER AND GO OUT OF BUSINESS. I CLOSED MY ACCOUNT WITH SPRINT ON OCTOBER 19, 2012 AND TALKED WITH SHAWN MULLIGEN WHICH IS ONE OF THEIR HEAD GUYS IN THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT TO CHECK THAT EVERY THING WAS DONE AND TO TRANSPORT OUR PHONE NUMBERS TO OUR NEW PHONES WITH AT&T SERVICE. THEY HAVE THE CREDIT CARD INFORMATION AND THEY IMMEDIATELY CHARGE MY CREDIT CARD $460.58 FOR EARLY TERMINATION AND THE ACCOUNT IS CLOSED. THERE IS WHERE THE BIG PROBLEM IS AND THEY CAN'T ADMIT AND ACKNOWLEDGE THEIR MISTAKE AND REFUSE TO CORRECT IT. IF I OWED MONEY SPRINT SHOULD HAVE CHARGED IT AT THAT TIME, BUT THEY HAVE SUCH SORRY SERVICE AND RECORD KEEPING, POOR BUSINESS PRACTICE AND JUST A MAJOR ACCIDENT LOOKING FOR A PLACE TO HAPPEN. NUMEROUS LETTERS OF COMPLAINT TO SPRINT AND BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND THIS CASE WILL NOT BE CORRECTED. SPRINT APOGLIZED BUT THEIR APOLOGY MEANS NOTHING. THEY STATED THEY HAD CREDITED MY $460.58, BUT THAT HAS NOT BEEN CREDITED ON MY CARD OR RECEIVED A CHECK BY MAIL. MY CREDIT RATING WAS OVER 820 UNTIL THEY PUT THIS ON A COLLECTION AGENCY CAUSING THE RATING TO DROP. THEY ALSO PASSED ON TO THIS COLLECTION AGENCY MY SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER WHICH I HAVE NOT AUTHORIZED FOR THEM TO USE MY #SSN. DO I REALLY HAVE TO SAY HOW WRONG THAT IS? THIS POOR TREATMENT HAS CAUSED MENTAL ANGUISH AND WILL NOT BE EASILY CORRECTED. A TRUE LETTER OF APOLOGY THAT REALLY MEANS SOMETHING THIS TIME TO ME AND THE CREDIT BUREAU'S STATING IT WAS SPRINT'S PROBLEM AND THEIR MISTAKE.

I'AM A SOUTHWEST AIRLINE CAPTAIN AND SPRINT HAS A LITTLE DISCOUNT PROGRAM WITH THE COMPANY OFFERING A SMALL DISCOUNT. I HAVE KEPT THEM INFORMED AND TALKED WITH SOUTHWEST AND THEY ARE AWARE OF THIS PROBLEM AND I THINK THIS LITTLE DEAL WITH SPRINT WILL BE GONE WHEN IT RUNS OUT OF THE CONTRACT. THE DALLAS BBB HAS THOUSANDS OF COMPLAINTS AND THE NATION WIDE TOTAL IS PROBABLY THE HIGHEST ON ANY PHONE SERVICE AND SPRINT DOESN'T CARE!"
