Claimant says:
"I had a cell phone contract with sprint for 2 years.
I had canceled it After 25 month and around 5 days
Without any contract . They billed me for the whole month
Close to two hundred dollars. I called the costumer service
To correct the bill for the days I had used. They did not correct bill now the bill is close to 275 dollars. I want them to correct the bill for the days I used so I can pay. Why the costumer
Have to pay for whole months pay for five days use without a contract.
they prorate the bill if Costner start contract in middle of month.
Now because of this My credit stays changed.
Why any company can over charge the costumer that is stealing
Then that name do not out Bad.
This way this cell companies can steal billions of roller from
Poor cost omers and get rich.
Can you please help me to solve this problem."
