Claimant says:
"I had Cellfina done here a couple of years ago. It ruined the back of my thighs. I have lumped scar tissue and indents on my thighs. Rebecca told me the lumps would eventually go away over time. The lumps still have not gone down.

When I purchased the Cellfina Rebecca stated there was a promotion of tightlase for a year for $900 and I had a small area to treat so I purchased. When it was time to get the tightlase I was told that was only a down payment and asked to pay more. I was never told this was a down payment.

I want a refund of $3,899 since my issue were never resolved, but worsened and I never got my tightlase treatments. It took 3 months for your facility to do the Cellfina treatments and the after care with Rebecca was horrible. She did not give instructions for after care and was completely unprofessional. I never was called to schedule tightlase because the facility was never ready to schedule."
