Claimant says:
"This has been ongoing since Jan17/2017where they sent me two samples in the amounts of $3.90 and $4.95. That was on 1/3/17. In about a week or so I looked at my Bank Statement and they had taken out $97.95 and $98.95 on 1/17/2017. I immediately went to my bank to dispute and they said to go to Sonix and try to resolve but they would dispute as well. I have been in intense communication with then trying to get this resolved. They gave me a bad time of it after numerous back and forth phone calls. They tried to give me 30% back and I said no I want the whole amount put back on my bank card. They said that they would put the full amount back onto my card. They claim that they put the full amount back on 1/20. Which was odd as they sent only $97.85 to my bank dated for only one product on !/24/17.They gave me all the numbers of the checks and the amounts. They sent back $97.95 for the ROS*NITROBLAST but they still owe me $98.95 for the EGL*BODYGREAT. They were fraudulent in all their doings and I told them that I was going to BBB I did just that. My case # with the Florida BBB is #67360872  3/6/17. They contacted Sonix and they said that they would contact their bank for proof of transmittal. They Would also gladly issue me a check fot the amount owed. apologize to Me that this simple refund has become such a problem for both me and their team. with the understading that if an investigation on their end shows that Idid receive the initial refund that their moey be returned immediately. Never heard again and they closed on 4/14/17 as unresolved. BBB called and told me to try FTC and here I am hoping you can help me retrieve my $98.95. I am on a fixed income and 80 years old and they target old people."
