Claimant says:
"I went there last year in Sep to checked up , before i ready to do about my crowns and Implants I already asked and one of assistant at Smile Unique her name is Genie told me total does it cost for mine is $6500 including deep cleaning, crowns and 2 implants ...I trusted them and paid in front $6500 by my credit card.... I did not get any paper work or receipt ...after 3 months they did not finish my crowns yet and asked me to pay up to $2000 if i want to do my implants ...i was socked and upset because they were lied to me and try to rip me off because i dont have a dental insurance to cover my expense ...im very sad and told them i needed to speak to a manager to result about finance problems ..one of assistant her name is Angela told me the manager will call me back but until now i did not receive any phone call ,.....i just wait until my crowns to get it done and finally i just got done today from Sep until today over 5 months...... my teeth still sensitive when i drink water or eat ...i dont blame a doctor because she was nice to me but im very disappointed about this dental office not really a dental office but more a rip off business ...lied and cheat clients with out notice...the deep cleaning i was told just $300 but they charged me $600 and more somethings.... I have a copy of papper work after 3 months ,,,sometime my crowns doesn't fix doctor sent it back to the lap and they charged me more 4 times for bitewing or what ever thay want ...i did not know how much crown or what ever its cost...they make dirty money from working hard peoples wth out tell them....i know i cant get my money back for some reason but i just want u guys help and find out the way they lied and cheat clients....and hope they will never do that again to the other clients... I'm an Asian guy work hard for a money please take your time and investagates and find out a bad smile Unique 6520N. 7th ave #5 phoenix az 85013 business # 602-730-7012 and stop them to do to the other clients in the future...thanks so much for your help."

    Smile Unique should first and foremost apologize to the customer for the misunderstanding and ensure that Plaintiff is made whole for the $6500 he spent. More...
