"I paid $ 14,000 in sep. 2011 for multiple implants. I had 10 visits to the center where it started with an examination. Next I had all my upper teeth pulled and received an illfiting-hurting temporary denture. My last appointment was may 3rd, 2012, and I am now still waiting for the implant of the "new" teeth. Since months now the business is closed due to "reorganisation and relocation". The business has an F-rating with BBB, and I am afraid that I am losing my money for nothing in return."

  • It seems that, after researching this business, that they have reopened at a new location. However, because of the length of time that you have been waiting for the permanent implants and have dealt with the pain and issues of the temporary denture, you should see someone for a second opinion immediately. Because you paid for a certain procedure and have not received that, you should be able to proceed with a different provider. While I see you are asking for your entire fee to be returned, some work was provided.
