Claimant says:
"I had an agreement with this company to help reduce my financial debt. They assured me that they could save me 2500 dollars on a credit card debt of about 4000 dollars. I found that this was not true but they processed my account anyway. They charged me almost 1000 dollars to save about 300 dollars. I have tried to contact them with no avail. They put me on hold until I give up or won't return my call. I hope this can be resolved in a timely manner as I could surely use the money that they owe me. sincerely Dennis Hartin"
