"I APPLIED FOR MY KIDS DAYCARE PROGRAM BY UNITED WAY, PH. 702 892.2327. REP STACY TOLD ME I COULD DROP OFF THE APPLICATION AT ANY OF THE DAYCARES LISTED. I WENT TO THE SHENKER ACADEMY & DROPPED THE PAPERWORK ON 8.31.11. FRONT DESK LADY MARISSA WAS VERY RUDE, EVERY TIME I ASKED HER FOR ANYTHING SHE REFUSE IT. SHE REFUSE ME A TOUR, AN APPOINTENT, AN APPLICATION OR ANY INFORMATION TILL I GOT APPROVED. SHE SPECIFIED THIS SCHOOL WAS PRIVATE & EXCLUSIVE FOR PEOPLE WHO CAN AFFORD TUITION. I FELT DISCRIMINATED, OFFENDED & DESRESPECTED. ON 9.6.11 MY KIDS GOT APPROVED FOR THE PROGRAM. I CALLED SCHOOL & ADVISED MARISSA OF THIS, SHE SAID THAT SHE DID NOT HAVE ANY OPENING FOR FULL TIME (F/T), ONLY FOR P/T. I TOLD HER MY KIDS ARE GOING TO PRE-K SO THEY WOULD BE ONLY P/T; THEN SHE TOLD ME, SHE DID NOT HAVE ANY OPENINGS FOR P/T EITHER, WHEN SHE TOLD ME 1 MIN AGO SHE DID. THEN, I CALLED STACY FROM UNITED WAY TO PUT A COMPLAINT, BUT IT NEVER GOT RESOLVED & SHE FINALLY CALL ME TO ASK ME TO ENROLL MY KIDS TO ANOTHER DAYCARE. I ADVISED HER I DID WANT THIS DAYCARE SO I WOULDN'T HAVE TO SWITCH MY KIDS TO ANOTHER PRE-K & IS NEAR TO MY HOME. STACY TOLD ME SHE COULD NOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT THIS ISSUE."
