    "On April 6, 2010 the McNeils consummated a sales agreement to purchase a 2010 Ford Edge which had been a company demonstrator with 10,379 miles. Months later Mr. McNeil complaned about the APR on their loan with Ford Motor Credit. This complaint has also been reviewed by Ford Motor Company and Ford Credit. Ford Motor Company,Ford Credit and Shawnee Mission Ford have all come to the same conslusion that the McNeils have a binding sales agreement and no action will be taken. "
