Claimant says:
"CAR ACCIDENT - I was driving when this person came over in my lane (far right side lane) and hit me on the driver side forcing me to run over a mall entrance medium which pull the exhaust system off my car and causing damage to my driver side door and front panel.

This person did not have car insurance - she was ticket for no insurance and not yielding the right of way - she was found guilty and fined. I have a 2005 Mercury Sable, in which I ony had liability insurance, due to a layoff I couldn't afford full coverage, leaving me to pay for my own damages.

I was told I have to sue her to get compensation. This person does not answer my calls and has not call to try and resolved theproblem - Has totaly ignored the situation."
