Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"On October 8, 2015, I sign with Sears for a upgrade in my Kitchenette, (refacing cabinet, and counter top change) At the time I gave the name address and telephone number of the management of my building
On October 26, 2015, someone came to measure the doors and everything that should be installed.

With the name “SEARS”, I was confident I would have good job done in the best time.

Between October 26 and November 20 I received deux phone calls from Sears, the doors were ready to be installed and appointment was ready to be made when every time the caller realized that the building authorization was not in file.

On November 20, 2015, I ask via email my building’s manager for a complete alteration file for the building, because I was asked over the telephone by Sears .

On November 23 , 2015 I was asked from Sears to find out from my building whose names should appear on the Certificate holder and on the Insured certificate of Insurance.

Not only the time has pass since October 8, but every day passing add to my waiting.

At this point it appear that “The Sears Different's Services” have hard time getting together to work.

Oh and in a meanwhile I start TO PAY, for what has now become a mystery?
Not only I started to pay but SEARS made a big fuss because my paiement went by two days late
and it was a bank payment.

HOLIDAYS ARE HERE , NO UPDATE FOR MY KITCHEN AND NO DEADLINE WERE GIVEN TO ME!

SO, NOW A DECISION SHOULD BE TAKEN WHAT DO YOU PLAN TO DO AND WHEN?

I can add that I am a Senior Citizen (over 70) and It could be considered as Older Person Abuse of Confiance.

    This letter serves to confirm that Sears Home Improvement Products (SHIP) has been in contact with Ms. Perfetti. She has confirmed that the kitchen project has been completed. Ms. Perfetti is not happy with the sink and the faucet that she contracted for. As a gesture of customer service, SHIP will replace the faucet with a new one to help Ms. Perfetti enjoy her completed kitchen. The contracted sink will remain. I am currently trying to reach Ms. Perfetti to schedule the sales representative out to provide her with the faucet options we have available.

    Dear Ms. Virghes,

    This letter serves to confirm that Sears Home Improvement Products (SHIP) has been in contact with Ms. Perfetti. SHIP has offered three different solutions to help Ms. Perfetti enjoy her project as she is not happy with the sink and faucet installed. All three options were declined by Ms. Perfetti. The sink and faucet installed are what Ms. Perfetti contracted with SHIP to have installed in her home.

    Ms. Perfetti is also not happy with the time it took to install the project. I advised Ms. Perfetti that we had to wait for her Home Owners Association to approve the work before we could start the project. At this time, any and all previous offers are null and void. Ms. Perfetti is requesting the contract amount be reduced and that request has been denied by SHIP. Compensation is not required by law. If Ms. Perfetti has any issues, she may contact me directly.

    At this time, we respectfully request that you close your file. On behalf of SHIP, please know that we value Ms. Perfetti as a customer and appreciate her patronage.   • As following, Ms Murray letter, I did not choose neither of the appliance. The choice is on the catalogue et you have no way to realize the depth of the sink and how the a faucet is working. The problem has not been solved
    The faucet is unsafe, the way it works.
    As per the board of building authorization it takes 3 weeks at the most not six months.
