Claimant says:
"Terrible experiance with Savannah Car Wash on Abercorn Street.  I went to have my car washed and they did lousy job and i had to take it home and do it over again, but that is just the start of the problem. When i arrived, i put down my drivers window to pay the attendant and i paid for the wash that included everythign but the spray wax on the outside oif the car. When they were finished, they broke off 3 of the 4 auto window buttons.  they claimed that there was not way that they could have broken it, because they don't wipe the door panels because that is not the wash that i paid for, yet it was for everything but the outside spray wax.  both of the men there were rude and with their accents, i could barely understand them.  i went back on Monday to see the general manager, but he was more arrigant than the 2 attendants. finally, i talked with owner and received the very same poor treatment.  Not being able to replace just the buttons, i had to buy the entire auto window assembly from Critz Mercedes and the assembly and the labor to install it was over $500.00.  Savannah Car Wash took no responsibility for breaking this part.  I just want everyone to know of the poor treatment and the poor service and car wash that i got.  they do a terrible job cleaning and they definitely can ont be TRUSTED.   DO NOT GO TO SAVANNAH CAR WASH ON ABERCORN STREET.
