Claimant says:
"Well Stantander took two car payment from my bank account on 8/22/2014 which was 275.00 twice on that same day i call them an told them about the mistake that was made. i ask them to refund one of the payment back to me cause i had bills to pay. they said they couldn't for 15 days because the Government doesn't allow them to do so. the Government told them to put a hold on peoples money for 15 days before they can sent it back to them and after 15 days they will send it. i faxed them a paper that they needed. now they're saying they never got it i So today after its been 18 days they're telling me they need another fax so i sent them another fax i been to my bank US Bank to see if they could give me my money an they keep giving me the run around. it's been 18 days my bills are due and no money yet. i work hard for my money now they're telling me another 72 to 48 hour for their accounting department can view the statement from my bank that i sent them where they took two payments. i asked for the accounting department number and they got real quiet they said they don't have one just an email address so i ask for that and the lady Shanice and Gerald who with the presidents side of Santander said they couldn't give it out the meaning the email address. now to me that sounds shady"
