Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"I have a LN0A500T1FXZA Samsung tv. It is one of 4 in my home. It is in the study and has not been turned on more that 10 time since I purchased it. I tried to turn it on yesterday and it only flickered on and off. In checking on line I found that it was one of many with defective capacitors that were included in a class action law suit. I tried to speak with Samsung by phone, no luck. I tried today to resolve the issue with online chat, again no consideration at all. I know it is not a major expense to resolve the issue and considering it was their problem to begin with and the fact that I have many samsung components in my home, I thought they might give me some consideration. Boy was I wrong! Sorry doesn't resolve anything. It is difficult for me to understand why, when it is such a minor problem to resolve financially for them, why they have no concern at consideration. I guess they can afford to loose customers and the multitude of unhappy customers that are clearly displayed on the net. I'm guessing that they will not even miss my business and I'll join the complainers on line. If I did not stand with my customers better than that, I would be out of business. If I can not get some consideration, I will never purchase anything by Samsung again."
