"False advertising. An iphone 3GS was advertised. I ordered that, and recieved a first generation iphone. The iphone that I recieved was damaged beyone use and most importantly wasn't the model that was advertised. I have been extremely happy with Amazon and have spoke very highly of Amazon to many, many people. I want this resolved immediately. I'm very educated in the use of Social Media and will use this to express my concerns about Amazon if this isn't handled within 24 hours."
