Claimant says:
"I purchased 2 dirt bikes June 21, 2012. Bikes were delivered July 3, 2012. Model WFG-492DBS was damaged. Correct procedures were followed for company to replace damaged bike. After a month of contacting them to correct the problem, and one excuse after another, the main problem is that the manufacter, Wildfire Motors has not responded to their emails.

I contacted Wildfire Motors, 866-658-7300 X118 talked to Chris Smith who informed me they are not manufactering that model anymore and that is why the part is not available. I have talked to Josh and Artie in the parts department at Saferwholesale several times, Artie is the manager of the department and not very courteous to me, he acted like it was my fault there is a problem. He informed me he MAY be able to find a model of the dirt bike in the warehouse emphasis being on may, to correct the problem. I asked him if that was the case I will return the bike and he could just send me the new one. He got very beligerent, telling me they did not have to correct the problem and they do not have to refund my money. Under warranty the problem should be corrected, I spent $1000.00 with this company and will accept nothing less than a new bike or my money refunded. At the time I ordered the bike the sales rep said he would included training wheels that were advertised on the website, now no one seems to have the training wheels, Wildfire Motors nor Saferwholesale.
