"Hi my name is Ron & Vivian Games at 3240 N Julia st # 1 Milwaukee WI 53212 Phone 414 554 7220 Ron Games 414 419 1769 is Vivian Games Phone . We had a verbal agreement before we sign the contract that they would fix the front-in of the car because it was shaking when you drive up to 55mph and that they would change the oil because the computer in the car read at 20% then they made a appointment for us to bring the car in on Friday 27,2013 after we bought the car on Thursday 19, 2013 we took the car in on Friday 27, 2013 as they said and when we did they told us we had to pay $116.19 just to look at the car when they find what the problem is then we had to pay for the parts and labor for it. Then we ask them about the warranty they said we cant get a warranty because that's all that the finance company would give us. We believe that this is unfair to buy a 2011 Chevy H H R LT with no warranty at all or with no GAP insurance. I also call Mr Kerry Games the sales Manager and left a message and receive no responses. Mr Lamont Games the finance said we did not promise any thing, can you please help us with this problem and tell us what to do because we are thinking about turning in the car back to Russ Darrow at 1901 N Mayfair Road Wauwatosa Wi. 53226 414-778-5700 is Russ Darrow phone"
