Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"I ordered a rug from Rug Lots, that cost over $1503.00, when the rug arrived, it looked completely different then the rug advertised. I requested to return the rug, sent it back in its original packaging and made sure that it was properly protected, and Rug Lots rejected the return stating the rug was damaged. (Definitely not true). Since then, I still have not received the rug or a refund. When I asked to speak to the owner or a supervisor, they had the same person who in a previous email, refers to his title as a customer service rep (Adem), now say that he was in fact the owner. The claim is still not resolved. I have never been so disappointed in a company nor had this type of horrific experience of dealing with a company so unprofessional."

    "Hello,

    The product was returned back to our warehouse damaged with clear signs of use. Images are available.


    We had contacted the customer regarding the damage received back to our warehouse. Had not heard back from the customer after multiple emails for over 30 days.

    After speaking with the customer, we had advised on the matter explained we can re-ship the product back to her at our expense.

    We accept returns up 45 day's with no hassle's and assist the customer every step of the way.

    I regret to say we do not honor this claim."
