Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"MY husband and I bought a Nissan Murano at TKA Auto Salen and ROYAL Finance give us a loan to finance the car on 5/06/2017 the payment of the car monthly are 334.75 for  45 month. But on 10/18/2017 the car  while I was driving the  vehicule lost all braking Power. On that day I call emergency  road  and they send  a truck they deliver my car at Nissan at Winston Salem NC they check the car for a week the warranty pay for few part but the car could not be safe to drive becauses the car is rusty in the botton also he said if the car can be fix going to cause me 5,444.82.  We talk to Mr: Rob at Royalty Finance and he said that he going to do something about it. We give the car back to Royalty Finance is been 2 month without a car nothing been done. My husband could not come home during the week because he is working in another town I have to take a taxy every day to work my kids have to walk to school under the cold morning. Pleases we, need you help . I think we are victim of fraud. "

  • On Monday 11,2017. I spoke with Mr: Nicholas Distric Manager at Royalty finance to see if he can resolve this problem with my car also I call TK Auto sale at the same time trying to see if they resolve this probleam. At the end of this call. Mrs: Nicholas from Royal finance finally told me to wait in the phone and he give me a phone # to call jackson.The same day I call jackson but he told me to call back the next day in the morning becauses they was closed. For my surprise he is the person that Mr: Rob for Royal Financial use to towing my car to T K Auto dealer is over 2 month and my car never arrive to this dealer . When I call jackson he said to me if I want my car I have to pay $1000 dollars. I don't know why Royal finance doing this to me and my husband when my car suppose to be back to the dealer where I bought it. Because the car is unsafe to drive because is rusty on the botton. I have been two month with out a car. Specially Royal Finance don't have no intention to resolve this situation and also TKA auto never call me to let me know that the car never arrive to his place. I can't explain how my husband and I are at this moment.
