Claimant says:
"I purchased front room furniture from rooms to go a chair couch that pull out to a bed and a love seat. It will be a year May 20 2016. The chair was ripped they came out and sewed it. 2nd time bottom and back of chair ripped again top and bottom and 2 of the couch cushions ripped. They mailed cushion for both chair and couch. 3rd time couch ripped again sent cushions again. they sent a total of six cushions. Couch is ripped again. I called them I asked them to come get the furniture and a refund they said they don't do this. I asked them can I replace for something else they said no they would do another service call. I owe $1991.00 on this furniture that is poorly made they are stalling for the warranty to expire on the 20th of this month. I'm hoping you can help me with this matter. I know of people that have had these issues with the same Rooms To Go they got to go pick out different style. I want them to get this furniture and let me get a different style that is made better.It has been eight times counting the two tears I have now not to mention taken off work for them to repair. I purchased and the furniture for my daughter. I don't know what all info you need. People don't purchase furniture and have to turn around and have it damage over and over again not to mention still paying on it. Thank you for your time. I would not recommend to buy at Rooms To Go their furniture is poorly made.
