Rooms to Go's response looks pretty reasonable - if there's a problem with the bed, they can address that after checking out the issue via pictures etc. Has the claimant sent the requested pictures to Rooms to Go?
If there's a problem with the financing, that needs to go to the right place. It would be nice if Rooms to Go prompted the finance company to reach out to the claimant (or gave him or her the right contact info?) but it's reasonable to say that it's not something they can intervene in.
I don't know that Acceptance Now is obliged to modify a payment plan but again, it would be nice if they did, if you provide them with proof of your disability and the story of what happened - for instance, were you injured shortly after purchasing the bed and then became suddenly unable to work? It's unclear from your claim.
"I became disabled by Court Order" sounds rather as if your hands were chopped off by a remote sharia court, and that seems rather unlikely! You might want to make a brief summary and send it to the finance company privately along with a proposal for a new payment plan that you can handle in your new circumstances.
