  • Dear M.B.,

    Dear Ronnie Gallardo,

    Greetings!

I just would like to say to both parties that I am at your disposal to continue the Mediation process. Both negotiation and mediation will be cheaper than a lawsuit, usually less stressful, and often result in solutions that last.

    Best of Life!

  • Dear Mr. M.B.,

    Dear Mr. Ronnie Gallardo,

I trust that both of you are well.

Well, before my question I would like to say that the essence of the mediation procedure lies in the construction of a satisfactory solution for the parties, which interact in the search for a cooperative solution. Conflict is exposed without "masks", thus, breaking the myth that conflict is necessarily something negative, which must be contested. So, the parties work out a solution without trauma and giving themselves the opportunity to live in harmony in the near future.

However, if one of the parties resists and continues to invest in a combative attitude, the construction of the mediated solution will be threatened and the procedure will hardly be effective.

Mr. M.B. and Mr. Ronnie Gallard, would you consider to try Mediation in order to solve this dispute?
