"i HAD A GOLD 18" NECKLACE THAT NEEDED A REPAIR, I ALSO HAD WATCHES FOR BATTERIES. i REALIZE THIS IS MY FAULT AS I WAS LOOKING FOR THE SECOND WATCH , SHE SAID I HAVE IT ALL DONE FOR YOU SO I PAID HER AND LEFT NOT LOOKING REALLY WELL AT WHAT SHE GAVE ME. MY GOLD BOX NECKLACE WAS REPLACED WITH A PLATED GOLD NECKLACE INSTEAD OF MY GOLD ONE. I HAVE NO PROOF OF ANYTHING SO ITS MY WORD AGAINST THEIRS JUST WANT FOLKS TO KNOW THEY ARE THIEVES AND LIARS. AM TELLING EVERYONE I KNOW"
