Claimant says:
"I purchsed a car from Universal Ford Sales Inc in 2009. I purchased a car warranty which I had no intentions of purchasing , but the salesperson told me that if I purchased the warranty and did not use it, then my $1942.37 would be returned once the warranty expired. I told him I had never heard of that and I did not believe him. I asked him to put it in writing, which he did put it in writing on my contract that I still have. Now that the time has expired, I have found that Universal Ford Sales Inc is now called Richmond Ford West. Richmond Ford West told me they purchased Universal ford Sales Inc. I have found the attorney for Universal Ford, his name is Mike Kelly. I filed a case against Universal Ford Sales Inc and Mike Kelly showed up in court and convinced the judge that I am supposed to go to Arbitration with: Attorneys Arbitration Services Inc 10201 Lee Highway. Suite 490 Fairfax, VA 22030-2222. phone (703) 639-0012. I tried contacting these people and they do not exist (they are on the bottom of my contract as the arbitrators) I was able to get the phone number for that address and I was told that they did not have a business at that address. I went through Henrico County Court House to find the registered agent for Universal Ford. I have served C. T Corporation System 4701 Cox Rd Suite 285. Glen Allen , VA 23060 and Richard V. W. Adams 1925 Isaac Newton Square Suite 250 Reston, VA 20190. Both say they are not the registered agent. Mike Kelly told me he is the attorney for Universal Ford Sales Inc., but he is not going to tell me who the registered agent is because he is their lawyer and not mines. I thought registered agents were public information. Mike Kelly's phone is (804) 432-1972. Please Help!"
