Claimant says:
"I leased a 2013 Chevrolet Malibu LTZ on 4/22/13. The vehicle was a Demo with 5000+ miles. It listed fully loaded including Navigation. At time of signing I asked the salesperson manager and Financial person about the mileage and the told me it is taken care of. They slipped a paper in front of me with 15 miles on the car and said it meant nothing. Unfortunately I signed.
This year I decided to go onto my GM account and find they lied and leased the car as 15 miles instead of 5000+. Then the night I picked up the car an icon for navigation was on the car the next day it disappeared. I called GM and they said the car didn't have navigation. I let that slide. But leasing a Demo as a new car does not seem legal. I did check with GM Customer service and they found a record of 5508 miles on the car on 5/4/13. It is impossible to put 5000 miles on a new car in 12 days since I work 3 miles from home. I know there isn't anything I can do but I want to make a complaint against them."
