"Artemas Pratt collected $129.00 to rewrite after analyzing my resume. Artemas never followed through, he made several excuses via e-mail but never did the work. I requested my money back and I told him I was going to report his unethical behavior...he has yet to respond. I have the e-mails printed for proof and my bank account was debited $129.00. Artemas is online and lives in TN but I do not know the exact location...I only have his e-mail ; he is also on Linked In soliciting his unscrupulous business."
