Claimant says:
"Home Remedy was in nearly constant breach of contract. I have the email trail and documentation to prove it. They promise 24 hour response and in some cases it was days and weeks before we would hear from them. They stipulated that we needed to send additional information but when we replied in writing to clarify what they needed, again they failed to respond. On two separate occasions they switched representatives and lost rack of all our personal information which cost us $1,000's to recreate. I was also forced to report them to the Department of Defense as they had lost rack of my personal information and could not confirm where the information was safe guarded.

I have in writing that one representative was going to sabotage our case because she refused to respond to my questions. I have that in an email, in writing.


Lastly, over the telephone with one of their attorneys, they stipulated that is they could not help, they would refund our application fee. In summary, they breached their own contract 5 times, they failed to provide timely notification, they failed to answer email or telephone contact and when calling them, the call went to a call center and no one ever called back even after multiple attempts.

Overall Home Remedy is a complete fraud. They took nearly $5,000 in fees and failed to deliver on their own contract terms."
