Claimant says:
"I was called at home by Patricia Thompson to see if she could rent our timeshare to another party since we haven't used it.   I said I would be interested.  She proceeded to tell me that she would send us $1,999 per week for the two weeks we had accrued.  However, we would need to send her $999 up front which we would recoup within 2 - 6 months.  At that time I said I was not interested since we paid $1,324 6 years ago to another company to sell the time share.  I was not willing to put out any further money.  She was able to give me the other co name and acct number and told me that she would be able to refund that money as well as sent us the rental money.  I called her 3 months later to inquire about the status of the check and she said it would be another 2 months.  Since then I have called them at least a dozen times but was unable to get through.  So if, in fact she is affiliated with the first Co (ICM vacations) then she would owe us $2,323.   If she is only affiliated with RCI, she owes us $999."
