Claimant says:
"The underground sewer line from my house is broken, and does not drain properly. It is under the road on common property, needs repair. Mr. Fallace, president of the Association, claims the repair is my responsibility although repair requires digging up the road called Canal Court, which is common property of the Association. Numerous letters to Fallace have brought no response including letters from my attorney.

The association, Lake Panasoffkee Homeowners Association, operates a "package" sewer plant on the premises of the association. It is not a municipal sewer plant but a local one. All homeowners pay $50 per month for homeowner's dues. My payments are current. No other residents have a problem like this as far as I know. My house is at the far end of the line which might have some bearing, but should not be a factor.

The line blockage and/or break was confirmed by a licensed plumber who ran a camera down the line in February 13, 2013 at a cost to me of $500. although the plumber work was authorized by Fallace and should have been paid by him; he refused."
