Claimant says:
"I cancelled my subscription around Nov. 29th. My three months was up Dec something. So I cancelled well in advance. POF drew from my account 51 dollars again on Dec 5th. So I called my bank and they said they drew this through my paypal account and I'd have to talk to them..they said they can't do anything...and I needed to call POF..I have tried many many times to no avail. I have emailed them at csr@POF.com, also. The on line contact says, they will put you on hold for no less than 22 min and charge you the overtime or they have some guy who will charge you $20.00, That great but they want all your payment information again..I already don't trust them. HELP ME..they are drawing from my account and paypal says they will continue because it shows as a reoccurring withdrawal through POF..which I KNOW, I never agreed to..and have no way to Stop this.
