Claimant says:
"I ordered on-line Spanish Fluency Learning CDs for $10 as a gift to a grandchild divulging my credit card acct details. That's all I ordered. Weeks after I received another set of CDs(sometime August) which i didn't open and then another package arrived recently. I called up Pimsleur, they said am being charged $64 for 4 consecutive mos for the 2nd set (received August) because I didn't return it within 30 days. Now am on my 2nd mo of payment of the 4 mos and requested for the cancellation of the package sent recently. I didn't have any idea for this since i only ordered and paid already the $10 worth CDs. I'm a new immigrant from the Phil from a province worstly hit by typhoon Haiyan and still jobless. I can't afford paying the $64 for 4 mos. Thanks so much and God bless your company."
