Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"My phones with Phone Power was out of service for a week. The technical support was inadequate, we worked on the issue daily and most time I would work with more that one Technician each day. They would have me do one thing after another to find the problem but eventually we would lose connection but the Technician would not call back so I call in again and start the process all over again. I would question the new Technician if I could get the last Tech but that was not possible so we start at step #1 allover again I cannot afford to have my phones down even for a day! I had to get service from a different company to get back on line with my Group. I transferred my main number and I want to cancel Phone power. They want to charge $99 for early termination. My knowledge this was not a contract, if I can't depend on the Quality or Technical service, then I don't want to continue paying for inferior service. I assisted daily with test & evaluation until I had enough. Call one Tech until he disconnect,call back get yet another Tech and they start the same process all over but no one ever finish or resolved the problem!"

Message from Phone Power: Please have your number transferred out by 11/1/12 and we can issue a refund for the month. That is more than what you originally requested for $10.94. We will then cancel your account and you can return the hardware back to us.
