"I purchased a wyns extended care warente for a 2000 Toyota Senia I financed, this was a condition of the financing. Now the car has ring and piston problems which have been diagnosed by a ase certified mechanic. The company refuses to honor the contract, and will not work with me. A new engine will cost 800 and 1400 to install it. can you please help me the phone # to wyns - Phoenix extended care is305-266-5665 the mechanick Jim Borhum 541 942-9500 quoted me 1470 $ to replace the engine and 1470 $ to tear it down and replace the defective parts. This was also done by another Auto repair shop Mc Daniel Auto Repair 514 849 2234 the phonex company states that these are private and not all the same The quotes were made from the mechanical manual and are the same
So the company is trying to get out of paying for the car to be fixed."

  • 07-28-2010 — had Oil changed in engine. to prepare to go to Oregon
  • 08-18-2010 — went to see Jim Borham automotive engine was diagnosed with ring and piston problems after burning 10 quarts of oil while on trip from Louisville KY to Eugene Oregon
