Claimant says:
"My gas was cut off 3 Jan. 2014. I paid $540 to have my gas service transferred to my new address. After I paid the money they said I need to pay for the gas I have used. I agreed to pay. After filing for the medical certificate which I was told i could get being a disabled veteran. They were to cut my gas on 15, Jan., 2014. Peoples gas called me at 12:00 saying my gas would not be cut on. Now they are saying I have to pay for the gas used $844, a broken meter that's locked $250 in the basement, plus restoring fees $167 A total of $1257.13. With the medical certificate I would be put on a payment plan."
