Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"I ordered some merchadise from lovelywholesale in china. They sent the items to the wrong address in Miami, FL. The new address was listed in their website. They have sent items to may new address since I have been living here. I placed this order with them the last part of August thru September 9th. I e-mailed lovelywhole about 2 times bringing it to their attention not to send those items to my old address and they did it anyway because I asked them to. I have placed orders with other companies since I been living at this address and they sent them here. I called up paypal and explained to them what happened. They claimed they open up a case for me. Paypal e-maled me and told me that they denied my claim. I called them and asked them why did they deny my claim. They said because I did not update my mailing address with them. Every order that I have placed with a company. I changed the address on their website and I had no problem of receiving them. I called up USPS about these order and gave them the tracking numbers. They told me that they sent those orders back to china. I contacted lovelywholsale and asked them to send me the order. They started playing games with me. Asking me about the address. Saying to me this is your address 3345 NW 87th Ter Miami FL right.
 
Lovelywhole kept playing games with me and telling me every time I e-mail them about the orders. They will write 2 or 3 words and tell me have a nice day. This was going on repeatedly. I called up paypal and they are telling me that they cannot refund my money back because I do not give them my new address. I want to know why all of a sudden I have to give them my new address and every order that I have placed with a company. They have been sending my orders to my new address and all that I did was gave them the correct shipping information. I am asking you to help me resolve this issue because it is wrong and they know that this is wrong. Nobody, that I have every spoke to with paypal has ever told me that I had to give them my new address and this is the reason why they can't refund my money back to me.
 
I have never had a problem with paypal before up unti now, I just thought about something. They never send me a statement but, every time I send them a payment they can see my new address and they already know that I don't live in Miami anymore. Something is wrong with this picture. I believe that china is paying them or they are working with lovelywholesale their is something fishy about this. I want somebody to put my money back on my account. Because as I stated to you I haven't had any problems with the other companies sending my merchandise here and I did not change the address with paypal. I am tired of people playing dirty games with me. They know this doesn't make any sense. The companies are not suppose to be looking at an address from paypal. They are suppose to be looking at the address that I have listed in the computer.
 
I tried to get lovely wholesale to ship those orders to me and they are refusing to do so. I asked paypal to call up USPS and they can tell them where those items are and they refused to do it. Now, one of the representative I spoke with on the phone. She said to me don't worry you will get your money back because you are covered either way whether, the company refund the money or, they would replace it. They owe me around $286.00 for this purchase and I want my money back. In my opinion a lot of people have been having the same problem with lovelywhole and paypal has been spending a lot of money because of them and they don't want to pay out anymore money and this is the reason why they are lying to me about the address.
 
I don't buy this it's to thin for me. Something is wrong and they are using a address for an excuse. Please don't you buy it either. I can't believe that paypal would take sides with somey lying crooks to go against a valued customes. Please help me resolve this issue. Because they are dead wrong and they are trying to make my pay for orders that I did not get. Please help me do something about this. I know that I can count on you and please don't buy their story about an address. I you know that a company did not send your customer their items. They would either ask the seller to refund the money or replace the item. I have been talking to 2 representatives and a supervisor today and either of them asked me to changed the address with them. This is another reason I know it's not about an address and I even tried to give it to them.
 
Something is wrong and I need your support to help me resolve it. The supervisor that I spoke to said his name is Elijah ID#40542. They are not showing me any sign that they are tring to help me recover my money from those people because they are lying. Normally, when I encounter a problem with them. They usally, try to help me resolve it but, they are not even trying to. Something is very wrong with this picture and I am asking you to help me recover my funds. Thank you and my best regard is all about you."

I understand that no one likes to be complained on but, you are the causing of this claim and if I see any thing that you do against me. I will be filing more complaints. Remember this, you are the ones that betrayed me.
