Claimant says:
"I did an online loan of $300.00 in May of 2010'. I was told by a representative that my first payment would be $175.00 and that the total taken out would be $545.00. I tried to pay them off in July of 2010' by using there online phone number. It would not connect me to anyone and left me on hold for an hour and a half. I tried this number several times with the same results. I tried their online payment option and every time I tried to pay off my loan, the website was down. From May to October 2010', this company has been taking out $175.00, except October, which they took out an additional $50.00. When I finally found a number to contact them that was valid, I was told that it was my own fault that I could not contact them and that I better pay an additional $300.00 or they would continue to take out $175.00. They said that the amount would never go down."
